1. Buyer will pay for transportation. Upon request, seller will assist in arranging for transportation per buyer's request.

2. The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding by appointment. Viewing and physical inspection are strongly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Email or call to arrange viewing appointments at your convenience.

3. Shipping cost can only be estimated at the time of the auction. Prices vary due to fuel cost and supply and demand.

4. All sales are final. Buyer is purchasing this vehicle AS IS with no warranties other than those listed above. Seller specifically disclaims the warranty of merchantability. NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED.  Buyer has had the opportunity to view and inspect the vehicle and ask any and all questions prior to sale.

5. This transaction is governed by Florida law.

6. Any disputes related to this transaction will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Nassau County, Florida.

7. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and reimbursement of costs of arbitration or litigation.  Buyer will pay any and all attorney fees.

8. Payment Terms:

a. Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in U.S. Dollars.

b. A deposit in the amount of twenty percent (25%) must be received within three (3) business days of the auctions close.

c. Final payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the auction close.

d. Transportation will be arranged only after final payment is received.

9. Buyer will pay for transportation, however we will assist you with shipping at Your request and will help ensure your vehicle is shipped properly and in accordance with your desires, as we have many contacts.
